We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. We require a credit card number to hold your appointment. You will not be charged at the time of booking. This is simply to hold the appointment.
We require at least 12 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. To cancel or change your appointment, you can email info@fellowbarber.com or call the location of your appointment directly.
If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, we will charge your card on the following schedule:
* Cancel prior to 12 hours - NO CHARGE
* Cancel within 12 hours - CHARGE 50%
* Cancel within 2 hours - FULL CHARGE
